Description
Sales of goods regulated under 18 U.S. Code Chapter 44 involve extensive paperwork and record keeping that are subject to routine state and federal inspections for compliance. Acquisition and Disposition (A&D) Record Book is a strict reporting document that has no room for errors and omissions.
Task
Speed up work associated with completing A&D Record Books while ensuring lack of errors and omissions.
Solution
Develop an application that allows a users who reside in remote location and cannot use SaaS solution to enter data about acquisitions and dispositions, store scanned documents of purchasers and suppliers, automatically notify authorities when it is required by law, and print reports in the form required by law.

SCAN FEATURE
The store must keep copies of documents provided by the purchaser. This feature allows the user to scan the documents right from the application using a wizard.
CLOSE DAY WIZARD
At the end of the day, it is important to make sure no data has been lost or forgotten. This feature allows the user to

PDF PRINTOUT
The law requires that A&D records be kept in a hard copy format. This feature allows the user to generate PDF documents in the US Letter format similar to regular A&D books.
